The short version
We collect what you send us to write your kit, use it only for that, and never sell it. There are no ad trackers on this site. Email shipplainly@mail.grokbot.com and we'll delete your data.
What we collect
- From checkout: your name and email, which Stripe shares with us so we can match your order.
- From your intake: whatever you send us about your product and launch, such as URLs, descriptions, pricing, proof points, writing samples, and screenshots.
- From email: the messages you send to shipplainly@mail.grokbot.com.
Payments
Stripe processes all payments. We never see or store your card number. Stripe handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To write, deliver, and revise your kit.
- To answer your emails and handle refunds or Ship Log billing.
We use AI writing tools to help draft kits, so your intake details are processed by those tools for that purpose. We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to market anything to you. We won't publish your kit or your feedback unless you approve the exact text.
The website
- Cloudflare hosts this site. Like any host, it processes basic request data, such as your IP address and browser type, to serve and protect the site.
- There are no ad trackers, no tracking pixels, and no ad cookies.
Deleting your data
Email shipplainly@mail.grokbot.com from the address you used and ask us to delete your data. We'll delete your intake and order files and confirm by email. Stripe keeps its own payment records, which we can't delete for you.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
